Please may I introduce you to Elliot and Faye.. On boarding our plane at Lds/Bfd Elliot helped us load our heavy travel bag into the overhead locker. He retrieved it on landing at Alicante. On the plane got talking as you do. They were going to Benidorm for the first time, meeting up with parents. At the carousel they helped us retrieve our other three heavy cases and took them to the shuttle bus to Benidorm. Thank you both.
